Who Books Airport Shuttles

Group airport transfers are our daily work for:

Corporate teams and flight crews on recurring schedules
Convention and conference groups arriving for events at McCormick Place
Sports teams and tournament travel parties with gear
Wedding weekends moving out-of-town guests
Tour groups and family reunions arriving together

Vehicles for Group Airport Transfers

We match the vehicle to your headcount and bags: up to 14 in a Sprinter van, 20 to 30 in a mini bus, or up to 56 in a motorcoach with dedicated luggage bays.

Why Groups Choose Royal Chi Buses for Airport Transfers

Flight Monitoring & Meet-and-Greet

We track arrivals and adjust pickups for delays, and arrange terminal meet-and-greet so larger groups connect with the driver fast.

Luggage-Ready Vehicles

Every airport vehicle is chosen for real luggage capacity, so a full group travels with bags in one trip.

Corporate & Crew Accounts

For recurring executive and crew travel we set up accounts with consolidated billing and priority dispatch. See our corporate shuttle service.

Both Airports, Chicago & the Suburbs

We serve O’Hare and Midway with pickups from downtown hotels, suburban offices, and venues across the metro — from Evanston to Schaumburg.
